I have one prolong system & 1 pigtail. I'm thinking I'll take a morning and remove it from the 03. And then install in the 02, which I'm planning to keep forever--love my little car.

I guess my situation is different than most. I'm always dealing with customers' failed batteries that I've swapped out and placed on my work bench, and most people are simply reconditioning theirs in the car. To clarify: if 3 cycles of reconditioning gets rid of the warning lights and all the blocks show to be almost the same viewed in techstream, hallelujah! If the problems persist after reconditioning, you will usually be able to identify the troublemaker by comparing block voltages, which will lead you to test and replace the faulty modules.
I ALWAYS load test each module after reconditioning because I'm putting that pack in a customer's car, potentially 6 hours away. I don't want to drive back on my dime to fix something I could have caught in my shop. The exception is if I'm simply doing a preventive maintenance cycle on a previously reconditioned pack with no warning lights or fault codes.

I HAVE on a few occasions seen modules that carried the exact same voltage as all the others in the pack after reconditioning that surprisingly fell on their face during a load test. Usually the weaker ones will carry a lower resting voltage, and typically drop more under the same for the same time compared to the rest of the pack.
