I got an Entune update Monday night on my 2016 Prius with the nav system. Anybody have a change log?

It was an over the air update. The audio system asked me if I wanted to download & install, so I did.

I haven't seen the update but I welcome it. My audio system crashes constantly. Happens sometimes when I make a phone call and other times when I try to use Siri. It drives me nuts. Already looking into replacing my head unit with a Alpine ILX-107.

I don’t know if the over-the-air updates for the Entune App Suite include the system software for the head unit, which is ordinarily updated with a flash drive connected to the USB port, as described most recently in my postings about T-SB-0337-17 and T-SB-0279-17 (Panasonic) and T-SB-0236-17 Rev1 (11.6"/Denso).

If the head unit in your car is malfunctioning, I’d suggest checking the software version, and if it’s not the latest one, asking your dealer to update it. This should be a no-charge warranty repair.
