    So Sam, here is another subject she knows very little about, "Blocking" is akin to an Ostrich sticking its head in the sand. Everyone else can see the post, just not her! If someone quotes a blocked post, chances are good she will then see it!

    i think it is possible to be helpful without being overbearing or offensive, although i'm sure that i have been perceived that way at times in the past. sometimes the written word does not convey like the spoken word.

    Sara, Sam is giving you great advice, a proper diagnosis by an ASE technician (not a parts man) is usually the cheapest way to proceed. The two hundred dollar catalytic converter may not work very long if at all and you may have to replace your upstream sensor with a new Denso to get a warranty. The cheapest way in is often the most expensive way out
