    Hello All,
Averaging about 47 mpg on the highway about 30 miles each way 60 daily (6 miles local roads/24 Highway) averaging about 65 mph.
Today I did the plugs, PVC valve, air filter, oil/filter change, and transmission fluid change.
There are several good post to get to the PVC valve to change it out, it added about 45 minutes of time, I took my time and went slowly. The valve came off with little trouble, but I did need to use an extension on the wrench to take it off. I did not remove all the cowling or such, so it was tight on space.
Plugs came out easy (again there are lots of video's). They looked good overall. Nothing out of the ordinary just worn.
Oil change was easy enough. I do it every 5k. (5W-30)
Transmission fluid change went easy. It's my 2nd change , did the first one at 60K. I'm using Valvoline Maxlife ATF. (Not starting any wars, just documenting what I'm using). I put in about 3.8 quarts, it started dripping out of the fill hole. No my vehicle wasn't level, it was on small ramps.

The ATF drain plug has some black fine material on it that wiped off pretty easily, wasn't as fuzzy as the initial fluid change back at 60k. The fluid still had a red tinge to it, didn't look black or smelled burnt.

    Toyota 12204-21011, PCV Valve $10.99
Valvoline MaxLife Multi-Vehicle Automatic Transmission Fluid, 1 Gallon $17.87
Valvoline MaxLife High Mileage 5W-30 Motor Oil, 5 Quarts $16.97
    ECOGARD S4476 Oil Filter $ 3.47
    NGK 4996 #IFR5T11 Spark Plug 4 $ 23.08
PREMIUM GUARD PC5516 Cabin Air Filter $ 3.07
    PREMIUM GUARD PA5698 Air Filter $ 4.99

    Total Parts $80.44

Everything took me about 3 hours. That's kinda long didn't work too quickly, took my time, and had to look up the torque specs for the plugs.

I'll see where my mileage ends up after next week. Didn't touch the MAF or the throttle body. the throttle body looked pretty clean overall.

    Thanks,
    Bob
