    I bought them for my 2010 II ... there were several installation threads here on priuschat that recommended this exact kit ... I'll search for the links tomorrow.

    It's the complete kit, ballasts, relays, mounts ... and full instructions. My Prius-replacement Mazda CX-3 came with LEDs as part of the tech package ... otherwise they'd already be in my Hiroshima-mobile :)

    Make sure the H11 bulbs have the ground wire opposite from the largest tab on the base (bulb on the right), or you will have ground wire shadows:
