Hello everyone, I recently purchased my first Prius. 2011 base model with only 60k km on it. I'm really not a fan of the good beige color and was looking for some ideas on how to improve the exterior look of the car. Opening to any ideas thanks!

Welcome! Hmm, Id say - tint the windows, remove the hub caps which would be a cheap place to start. Maybe consider a wrap? Biggest change to me comes from suspension.. Lower it. You will be happy you did. Other than that, welcome to the Prius modding rabbit hole..

Thanks for the ideas. I've previously only had trucks so I know how lifting works but not so much lowering so I'll have to do some research. Anything special I have to be careful of when lowering a prius? How does lowering it effect the mileage?

did a bit of looking around locally and got a couple quotes wrapping will cost me between 2000-2500$ so if i do that it'll be a very distant future addition

some black pinstrips might not look half bad on the gold color thanks!

Nah, lowering wont but putting larger rims/wheels will. I still run the stock 15's with the hubcaps taken off and regularly get 55+ MPG's. If you get the 17's, you should still get 50ish MPGs and can get more if you drive like an old lady.

Nice, those are the Prius Persona wheels. Pretty easy to find.

No they didn't start making the persona till 2012. And the persona was that same wheel but it was a smoked grayish look wheel, and is actually kinda hard to find. But the regular 5 spoke was made from 2010-2016.
