Please take a look at my calipers. I think they are aftermarket junk...

Prius V 2014 rear calipers look to be aftermarket and not correct. Just purchased the car used. Can anyone tell me if these are not correct? They don't look like anyone else's rear calipers online.

Advics is an OEM supplier to the automotive industry. If your vehicle was made in Japan, I'd doubt they were original. (I have no clue where the Prius of any model is made. Just know mine was made in Japan.

Why do you doubt the originals would last that long?
The Prius v was made in Japan like the Prius. My son had a 2005 Prius for 10 years with original brakes and now drives a 2015 Prius v with original brakes and no issues.

I think dubit is saying that they wouldn't have used Advics when building a vehicle in Japan, not that they would have been replaced by now.

Ok. Either meaning is possible with this imprecise language.
I am not tearing into my son’s Prius v to compare though.

Advics is "a Toyota Motor group firm" and makes brakes for them. I've bought parts from the dealer that say Advics.

What concerns me more is the badly torn piston boots shown in your pictures. If the pistons and bores haven't rusted badly yet (fat chance, but worth checking), you can rebuild for the cost of the rubber-and-grease kit from the dealer ($20-ish? with parts for two calipers). Otherwise, looks like time to replace them.

Toyota sometimes has remanufactured ones available (check for the part number with -84 added at the end). They remanufacture to higher standards than (at least some of) the aftermarket rebuilders. If you exchange your cores with them, they'll probably be reincarnated as Toyota-quality rebuilts. If you exchange them for cheap aftermarket rebuilts, that's also what they'll end up as.

Thanks! Yes, the boots are in bad shape and the car is only a 2014? Crazy to me. My 2002 Chevy Prizm (knock off corolla) are pristine. However, they are very different cars. I'll contact my dealer about the rebuild kit. Thanks everyone!
