Help, my Prius has red triangle, check engine, VSC and orange exclamation point lights on! I have taken it to a nearby shop and they pulled these codes for me. Just under a year ago I had some of the cells replaced in the battery and ever since then it has ran great. But was on a trip home from Georgia to North Carolina and all of the codes came on while I was driving. What could be the issue and are all of these codes a huge issue? Please help!
Cell replacement has not proven to be a long-term fix. Unless you want to go this cycle endlessly, it's probably time to get an all-new battery.
The engine ECU codes indicate that you have a vapor leak in the fuel tank or associated plumbing. Check the gas gap to make sure the O-ring is in good shape and the cap is tightened to one click. If that is OK then you should have a mechanic inspect the fuel system. The hybrid vehicle ECU codes indicate that the traction battery has failed.
