    Craigslist has a few that come to you and are actually shops. Do a quick search under Fairfield for NY and New Haven for CT.

    You should invest in a new battery, not refurbished. Your car is still fairly low mileage

    ericbecky tremedously helped me guiding me into the right direction:

    local options were:
    Pepboys - cardone battery
    Autozone - dorman battery
    Priuskings

    then another friend directed me to:

    greenbeanbattery

    given they are slightly more money than the above 3 options the 5yr full/unlimited miles warranty was what sold me.

    If you wouldn't mind returning from time to time and catch us up on your GBB experience – good or bad. We only have 6 months data on them, so would be good to get more data points.

    Please report back every 6 months.

    I would even be willing to send you diagnostic tools so you can provide some battery data for the community.

    Many are extremely skeptical of the ability for a used battery to last 5 years.

    What was the cost of the Used battery you bought?

    There is no way I'd put a used battery in a 130,000 mile Prius. That car has so much more life left in it.
