and
"As you know, there are a long list of organizations that want Tesla to die." - possible conspiritors and/or theories

For some weird reason "probably working on car repairs or watching Bladerunner" I thought of space junk after reading the news.

industrial espionage isn't really a thing, is it?

 

today i read tesla is suing the employee, who claims to be a whistleblower. why wouldn't there be criminal charges?

if i commit a crime at a company, whether it be set off a bomb, or destroy company records, or steal Trade Secrets, that doesn't entitle me to claim whistleblower status. A whistleblower simply says something illegal is happening. No such allegations by this person against Tesla have been alleged. But even if I were a real whistleblower, I still wouldn't be able to claim that shooting my boss fell under that umbrella. (ie, "King's X- !! - I'm a whistle-blower!")
