Yesterday, I sent Entune support a screen shot and asked them directly what are the requirements/threshold to move from Silver to Gold ECO status. They've told me in the past more than once that they know less about the app than we do and that it's not well documented. If they reply, I'll post here.

I thought you could achieve gold status by getting to the end of your rainbow on the app.

No, not status, just a pot of gold. These days, status of all kinds is WAY more important.

OK, as I mentioned, I asked Toyota the following:

On the Prius Prime, Entune App, ECO Dashboard, see the ECO Status in the Summary area. What are the requirements or thresholds to achieve "Gold" status? The image I provide is a screen capture from your 2013 video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=st5D2GslDSo I currently have Silver status now, but I want to know what it takes to move from Silver to Gold status. Thank you

    They just now replied with:

The Eco Dashboard gives a summary of all of your achievements for driving for the week or amount of time chosen in your driving diary. The "Gold " status is achieved if you meet all of the goals to be Eco conscious. at the end of driving cycle and there should be up to 5 cycles recorded by the vehicle.; then the oldest will fall off and continue on. The driving score and fuel consumption are all factored into the status.

So, there you go. That's how "they say" you get to gold status.

You better watch out, you better not cry.
You better not pout, I'm telling you why.
They're making a list and checking it twice.
They're gonna find out who's naughty and nice.
They see you when you're sleepin'.
    They know when you're awake.
They know if you've been bad or good.
So be good for goodness sake.

Getting close to another sheep round up. June not as good as May. July should be better. May the fleece be with you.

Yeah it sounds like there's a lot of "fertilizer" around, and it's not from the Sheep! That Toyota reply regarding Gold Eco Status sounds like something from the Whitehouse!

More like the "outhouse." Although I'm not sure there's a difference. It's like they used to say in accounting. Perfectly accurate but useless information. It's about what I expected to get when I asked.

I'm going to have to give you one "Attaboy" for that "Outhouse" comment! Big grin over here! Sadly, the smell from that distant location is permeating all the way to the West Coast! I don't think the staff at the EPA can help this one!

I have both entune and entune 3.0 and I can't find the Eco dashboard. Could someone point me in the right direction?

It's been a year and a half, but in my Advanced, there's a button in the overhead, center, covered with a little "door" that you flip down to access the Entune Support staff. Press that button to have the operator register/support you. Of course you need to make sure you've installed the Entune App on your cellphone (not Entune 3; the Prime doesn't support that version).
    Good luck!

What a taskmaster you are.;) I already have two 100's this month. Sheez, I suppose you want three? :p:D (kidding)

I've had to burn a lot of gas this month, but I've kept my ECO score up. Tough to do in HV.

PS, those 100's are actual 20-30 mile distances, not just pulling in and out of the garage.

You are an admirable driver, and invited to join the Crippled Snail Society!! I'm not as skilled as you are at getting those nice high Eco numbers, but I did maintain my #1 not using any gasoline until Saturday, July 28; driving to Bakersfield, over 320 mile round trip, so I'll be off the Eco Dashboard after that! From one to none, in 1 day!

My dues check is in the mail!

100% EV is a fickle mistress. I "have" to do a 115 mile trip once or twice a week. I was only able to go 100% EV for one month and that's because for 2.5 weeks of it I was in Italy.;)

Thanks in advance for the check; it'll help with the mortgage! I'll also use part of it for the Prime payment, the bill for my new tankless water heater, my cat's surgery, my car insurance, my lab tests, and my 2 doctors' visits. Membership has its privileges!!
