2008 Prius Loss of Power at freeway speeds

Thanks, it did feel like the kind of function that would be driven by a 12v line, so I really appreciate the confirmation. We changed the battery when we received the car around March of this year, so hopefully it's not a dud. Given the heavy-handed nature of what was done, I'd suspect the neg terminal would have been disconnected as part of the transaxle swap.
