Lost My remote Key today: Dealer wants $500 to replace it!

    Surprising! We had a spare key cut for out '07 at ACE Hardware. The key for my PiP might be a different story, though, since it's engraved for lack of a better term.

    Hi Sid, I have a similar gizmo called Trackr, uses bluetooth to connect with your phone. It would certainly help so long as you're close to the little transponder!

    Out of concern for losing my key fob one of those days, I just called a local locksmith and asked for cost to make a spare fob for my PRIME. ~$280 total including OEM fob and programing. I can buy fob on-line for ~$100. I can't believe the programing costing that much. Have anyone tried and succeeded programing a new fob for PRIME DIY using Techstream?

    My answer to "it might slip out of my pocket." Not with this rig!! :ROFLMAO: (y) Fob in my pocket; and other end clipped to my belt loop.
