2008 prius red triangle light

Be sure to click on the little flower/cloud looking icon to the left of he DTC column. It will offer up a sub code (called an INF) that goes along with the primary DTC. Please post the DTC with the INF when possible, which can make troubling shooting easier.

 

Have you driven this car at all? Is it able to go "READY"?

Have you had the hybrid battery out of the car or disconnected?

A quick jog through memory lane, if I remember correctly, the P0A0D is the HV battery safety disconnect not interlocked? I would probably check that first. 3 steps...align and push in as far as it will go, pivot the handle to vertical position to pull the disconnect in completely, push handle straight down to satisfy the interlock connector.

The other ones are inverter codes I believe. I misplaced my book, but I'll see if I can hunt it down this evening.

 

Here are a few work ups for the DTCs you've posted, you will notice how P3108 will need an additional INF (sub code).

P3018 battery block 8 becomes weak. This is the HV battery.
Hopefully you got a good deal on this car.
Best value is to get a new HV battery from Toyota and install it.
