So I am looking at replacing my headlight bulbs as the left one seems to be going on its way out and I wanted to replace it with these

    Aka : VoRock8 - R2 COB H4 HB2 9003 8000LM LED Headlight Conversion Kit

Will this fit my car ? Is there any way to find out easily ?

For a 2008 model, the most obvious clue is if your car has fog lights, it has HID. If there are no fog lights, you have halogen headlights.

Base, Package #1, #2, #3 cars have halogen.

Base #4, #5, #6 PLUS all Touring models have HID and fog lights.

Now that's not 100% certain because it is possible to ADD fog lights to cars with Halogen headlights.

I really appreciate this help. I ended up finding these and ordered them as I found they fit the DR4 headlights. I will update with before and after photos.

These are the ones I went with ^

So I ended up looking up the information and found out that I have the 2008 HI Prius package ( I used the process of elimination on the parts I know I have in my car to the ones I don't )

Well, my friend.....you get what you pay for and you don't get what you don't pay for..............

There's some really good threads on the forum about HID bulbs, brands and quality.

I personally replaced both of my HID headlamps 1.5 years ago using Philips D4R bulbs purchased from Home Depot online for $51 each (3x that price at the dealer). Guaranteed and verified to be genuine Philips, which was used as OEM.

I hope they work well for you, as the bulbs are typically a pain in the *** to swap out if you have gorilla hands, and only a pain in the neck if smaller than a gorilla.
