Had this light come up with the other brake accumulator abnormal low pressure/leak lights. Seems like this is a fairly easy fix; check the fuses, then replace the module if that doesn't look good. However, since the issue says it's a Capacitor Malfunction, is it possible for me to order a replacement capacitor and just replace the faulty one via unsoldering the bad one and soldering in the replacement?

I think the capacitor eibg talked about is at the rear, close to the battery(12V)? That does sure with the braking system. If its bad, replace it. Have you checked all the fuses on that car? I had an experience with a Camry hybrid like that too. Turned out was a fuse that works inline with the brake capacitor.

I haven't checked it yet but I will be soon. What am I looking for in the fuse? What I've been doing is visually inspecting the fuse and then using a fuse tester to ensure there's a connection.
