Just when you thought Entune 3.0 couldn't get any worse

And then, of course, are the times when the Entune app on your phone doesn't automatically start, rendering inoperable the few Entune apps left for the head unit.

 

And the latest screw-up with Entune 3.0:
- Start car and start driving. Entune's Pandora displays "No network"
- Music starts playing through my phone.
- I check my phone and can find no evidence of any app playing music there.
- I start poking at Pandora on the dash display. Despite it displaying No Network I can stop and start the music playing through my phone.
- Turn off and on the Bluetooth on my phone. This, apparently, resets the whole bluetooth connection for Entune. Pandora starts playing through the audio system.

What a crock!

Always fun to get in, start the car and drive off only to find that the bluetooth connection hasn't worked.

 

Driving in a spotty cell phone reception area and having your music stop whenever the signal drops.

Started getting a notification today that an Entune update is needed. I was hoping that I could just put off the update but noticed that ALL installed Entune apps are disabled. Drat!

Decided to go ahead and update. Sure enough, Pandora is gone. I'm pretty sure at least one other of the odd apps I had installed disappeared as well, I just can't remember which one.
