If the issue is the fabric peeling or tearing, revealing the black plastic underneath, I would recommend repair rather than replace (aka replace the fabric only).

I just cracked mine open to re glue the fabric to the plastic this week - all you have to do is take out the six screws on the underside of the lid and then pry around the edges where the cloth meets the plastic and the cloth-plastic top layer will easily detach. Then, you can put new fabric on or re attach your old fabric. I recommend Gorilla Tape around the edges, or Shoe Goo for the best hold.

Call around to junk yards and get in the loop for when they buy wrecked Prius and try to get to the yard the same day it gets put out. Those lids probably are one of the first parts people grab....
