    Hello! New to forum.

A car pulled up to me last night and shot a marble at my car, thought it was a gun shot, long story. I'm okay, though it could have been a very serious injury.

Today, I went to an auto glass replacement place and got both rear windows changed. They did a fine job but they could not turn on the vehicle when they were done with the job. They declared that the battery was dead, they probably left it in ev mode while they worked on the car. They jumped the car and it started. Everything seemed fine but about 30 minutes later, I got the same messages on the dash. *The red triangle and a message over the display simply reading "Problem".*

The car turns on and seems to run fine, but the messages won't go away. I called the auto glass store and the man told me to return to him after a day or two, if it hasn't reset. He said it's a sensor issue, but I'm feeling kind of iffy about the whole thing. Any help would very much be appreciated.

The 12v batteries in these cars a SMALL and will not take kindly to a door being open or dome light on for any length of time.

    welcome!
disconnect the 12v negative for 15 minutes to reset the light. if it comes back on, you will have to have the trouble codes read with a prius aware scanner

    how many miles on her?

12v was run down, simply jumping it didn’t charge it, trickle charge it for a day or two or drive 1000 miles without turning it off to fully charge the 12v.

And have a prius conversation with the glass guys, for their future knowledge.

154,000 miles. I'm the 2nd owner. I put 25k of those miles on the car myself.

Here's the kicker.. I went to autozone to get a simple diagnostic run on the car. The results read P0A93, twice, which I've come to understand is related to the inverter coolant pump. I did not have this issue before the installation of my windows. I'm trying to understand why the sensor detected this problem only after my battery was drained.

I understand that I may have to switch out the pump, but is this just coincidence? The error should have registered before, imo.

As suggested by @bisco, I was considering disconnecting the battery to reset the computer. Assuming this is an actual issue with my prius, the error should be detected by the system after it has been reset, correct?

I've seen the luscious garage videos, etc.
I observed the coolant in the reservoir for waves and it did seem fairly still, unfortunately.

@Usle, that is more or less what the mechanic at the windows place suggested but considering that the diagnostic detected the P0A93 code, I am afraid to risk causing even more damage to the car.

I appreciate all of your replies and your time. I still can't believe that this is all happening just because a couple jerks decided to shoot a marble at me.

    1. The third photo in the OP shows the fuel gauge at one bar. If that is still the case, start by filling the fuel tank.
    2. Fully charge the 12V battery. If you don't have a charger, you don't have to drive the car 1,000 miles. You could simply leave the car sitting on your driveway, in READY mode, and the battery will charge up overnight. Of course this is not a safe thing to do if there is any concern that someone might jump into your Prius and drive off.

It might clear after 3-4 (?) starts into READY mode. Some codes do that.

if it is the original inverter pump, it is probably a coincidence, if it is really the problem.
