I live in Utah but was told by all the dealers here in Salt Lake that the wait was 6-8 months. Pocatello is about an hour and a half away and is pretty redneck, so not much of a waiting list. They called yesterday (34 days after order) to offer me a silver #9. I would have taken it if it was any color but silver, black, or seaside. Ed said that my red would most likely be in by the end of the month, but worst case is august.
I am so psyched! It was really hard to turn down that silver.

 

I got the call Monday, July 26th. Less than 2 months wait. I'm making the 2 1/2 hour drive tonight. YEE HAW!
And Ed at Phil Meador has been awesome! He's even coming in on his day off so i don't have to wait 'til the weekend.
Oh, and i've read on these boards that you can't really "order" a specific car, you just have to wait and see what the dealer gets and then you can accept it or pass. That was not the case here. They put in the request for the color and package i wanted and he knew when it was on the boat and when it was on the truck on the way to the dealership. He was expecting it Saturday and when it didn't show up Ed drove by Sunday and saw that it had arrived and he even called me on Sunday to let me know it was there, even though they were closed that day.
Sorry to babble on so much, i am just so excited. Thanks to everyone on here for all the info and advice. It's made the wait much more bearable.
