They still make iPads? I haven't seen anyone with one in years. I thought tablets were toast, replaced by large-screen phones and that even Apple had followed that trend once that founder guy who insisted on small phones passed away.

 

Living under a rock? I have (and use) and iPad a lot.

 

I used to see them all the time. Even parents in my kids' schools used to use them like they were cameras. I haven't seen one in several years. In fact, the only tablet-like device I've seen in the last 3-4 years is a Microsoft Surface. A couple of my friends have those.

 

Man, I'm with you!! Hate the buggers' arrogant illogic! As I always say, "Remember that guy Adam who received an Apple from a lady named Eve, and all the woes of the world that befell them afterwards!!" Har, har!

I guess you haven't look around in a dine in restaurant lately. Next time you dine out, take a look around and you will see a pre-teen with an iPad.

 

I literally haven't seen an iPad anywhere in several years. I used to see them almost daily.

 

I was pissed at Apple last night....
I went to iTunes to buy a few new Halloween songs for my musical pumpkin. I was able to make the purchase, but when I went to use the songs, Apple said they have a new protection policy making the song unusable in the software I historically used.

So I would like to get a iTunes refund on Werewolves of London, please.

Also I downloaded Bluestacks which allows me to run Android stuff on my PC.

 

They are made in China.

Everything is made in China, but there is a difference between an American corporation and a foreign one

 

Apple is by no means perfect, I can attest to that. even their website is difficult to navigate. When I find perfect software, I’ll let you know.

 

I think "Assembled in China" is more appropriate.
As with automobiles, components are manufactured in multiple countries.

I'm an Apple fan. Had a couple of buggy Android phones and an awful Toshiba Android tablet and my experience with Apple products is so much better. Lack of OS updates, security problems, apps that aren't vetted by the app store, hardware that's less than stellar, and Android fragmentation keeps me away from Android.

 

i expect Toyota produces more American products than Apple. Does that make them a US corporation?
