Looking for Prepurchase Inspection near Lancaster PA

    Hello, can anyone recommend a mechanic to do a prepurchase inspection on a 2015 Prius Three in Lancaster PA? 25k miles, clean CarFax, one owner, no open recalls - however the service history shows the car was brought in to a dealer four times to inspect the driver side floor mat for proper installation. It's at a non-Toyota dealer in Lancaster. I'm out of state near Rochester, NY. TIA.

    That's only on the American Toyota maintenance schedule, every 6 months or 5000 miles, a spin-off of the unintended acceleration debacle. I wonder if the dealerships really do it, it is pure cargo cult.
