Probably a bad brake booster and bad contact on the seat belt switch. Did you buy this car with 300k miles? By the way, spend a couple of years back in the late fifties in La Mesa, California on Mariposa including time at Lemon Ave Elementary.

There is a beep alarm in the car to tell you that brake pressure isn't holding up. If you already know there's a pump issue, that's probably the beep you're hearing; "seat belt" is probably a red herring.

If a v is like a gen 3 liftback, the accumulator and the actuator are not the same part. (In gen 2, they were. In gen 1, they were not. The history is complicated.) Problems like you're seeing can start in either one, so it's worthwhile to get sorry if intimate with the repair manual troubleshooting steps to narrow it down to one or the other before deciding which to replace.

The diagnosis was that the brake booster pump with Master cylinder had an internal leak, and it did not send enough pressure, and the code 1391 came out as a fault in the accumulator but in reality the accumulator was good. I am waiting for the spare part to change it, once it is ready I will update the information

I take it you mean the "brake booster with master cylinder" (that's a real part) had the internal leak.

The "brake booster pump" (just one pesky word extra!) is also a real part, but a different one, also known as the accumulator assembly. That part does not include the master cylinder.

Did I mention the nomenclature is tricky? :)

Hello everybody!! I want to tell you that my Prius is on the road again. As I mentioned earlier, we changed the brake booster with the Master cylinder, we bleed the brakes and the diagnostic codes disappeared. Here in Costa Rica the Toyota wanted to charge me $ 2250 for this part plus labor, however I bought the spare part on Ebay for $ 150 and the labor cost me $ 110. I will definitely have a happy Christmas. Regards!!
