    Good to hear you figured it out. I had a similar problem. I replaced several ring connectors in my harness. Its good you took the time to rearrange and balance out the pack. This should help extend its life as well. Where in Florida are you? Im in central florida near Orlando. When I get home in a few months id let you use my traction battery charger, you'll just need your own harness.
