I had a family mechanic replace my front passenger side wheel bearing. Afterwards I heard a clicking noise. When I inspected closely, I found that when the mechanic did not realign the “axle dust cover” before he retightened the axle nut and crushed the “axle dust cover.” I went ahead and removed the it and ordered an “axle dust cover” but what came in the mail does not match what I pulled off the car. I cannot figure out what the part is that I thought was an “axle dust cover”. Does anyone know what this is called and better yet, where I can order a new one?

It covers the tone ring for wheel speed sensor. Toyota calls it: Deflector, FR wheel 43246-47010.
