    that was the case with my well pump control board. designed to protect the pump from burning out if the water level falls below it, it came factory set at 70%.
    when it started shutting the pump down regularly, i had to have the well tested, only to find out there was plenty of water.
    a call to factory service recommended turning it down a few percent at a time until it stopped doing it.

    Well the video was created in 2013 and the truck is a 2008, and he said in the comments he has been having the issue for 5 years. So I think whoever created those instructions goofed with instructing a setting of 9 out of 1-11 scale and also decided to install the adjustment in a place difficult to actually adjust.
