Just Purchased MY Extended Warranty

    Just purchased my extended warranty from Troy for my new Prius and wanted to thank Troy again and let the members of this site know that Troy saved me even more money. After discussing my driving habits we figured out that I didn't need the 1000,000 mile protection. therefore reducing the dollar amount that I needed to spend. I went with the 7 year/75,000 plan, and saved over $300 off the original super deal. Troy sold me the platinum 7year/75,000 mile plan for $690.00 VS. $990.00 which my dealer TRIED to sell me the "DEALERS" Gold package for $1275, which in fact does not cover all the stuff that's needs to be covered.
    So beware, there's money to be saved, and discuss with Troy how many miles you drive a year,and pick the right coverage...... :D .

    I also bought my maintenance service plan and 7y/100K warranty from Troy. I gave him my info on Mon., and received the paperwork today(Fri). Great service. Thanks, Troy. :D :D :D

    Believe it or not it's only a $50 difference.



    There might be a higher price now. Toyota raised their prices and I think Troy posted about having to raise prices, also. Check with him. It will likely still be cheaper through Troy.

    Then my question is, did he quote you how much it would be with a $0 deductible? Was is as the person above said, just $50 more?

    I'd call myself but he does not have weekend hours.

    Please let me know how to contact Troy. I replied to one of the warranty sites on Priuschat.com, but haven't received a reply. Does it take some time for them to reply? I sent my request in about a week and a half ago.

    Just got the paper work back today from Troy and wanted to give him a big thank you for the fast great service. I also purchased the service maintenanice agreement 4 year 55,000 mile plan.
    After looking over all the paper work, seems all to be in order and what a great feeling saving all that money VS what my local dealer wanted.
