Any mechanic can do the swap, doesn't need to be hybrid mechanic.

Good for you in looking to repurpose your existing Prius if possible. You might call this shop below to see if they have recommendations. (Importer of low mileage Japanese engines ). I don’t live in the area anymore but did have friends that purchased used engines from this company back when I did. One could say that being in business since 1982 says something.
