Charge complete but battery status half full.

    I received an email that my car finished charging today (level 2 charger at work). When I checked the battery app on my phone, it shows the battery is half full. What's going on? Is the charger defective or the batteries going bad? It's a 2018 Prius Prime Advance I bought last June. Has anyone seen this before? SmartSelect_20190122-053943_Toyota Entune.jpeg

    Sometimes the Entune app can get confused. Try the page refresh function, usually at the top right of your device screen:

    Alternatively, go back to your Entune app screen and re-select "charge management" to reload the information.
