have a 16 prius 4 with 16k miles on her. Have had it two years. Been a nice ride though you feel the road even with the eco tires. Figure does not ride as smooth/nice as a Camry with the new hybrid engine which is to be expected. Had a 07 highlander hybrid with almost 100k miles and save for the rubber band effect of the CVT have to say it was a great ride for ten years. Traded it in on a ridgeline awd 17 model, have not used the ‘truck’ part much though rides as smooth as a Pilot.

So...considering getting a left over 2018 Tourx wagon. Yes i know, mpg suck compared to the prius plus dont know if Tourx will have any quality control issues. Some northern States are offering large discounts on them though and write ups seem positive though not make for off road. Sadly prius trade-in values are not great. best if i traded in both rides though they are so new i would take a bath on both trades, More so it seems on the honda which seeems weird though probably due to the good price i got on the prius when purchased. RAV4 hybrid will be out come April though Tourx gm cash discount deals expire 1/31 from gm. Plus highlander redesign wont be done for at least another year i figure.

now is the time to buy high mpg vehicles. trade when gas prices go up. get a good deal on a leftover hycam, get the tourx down the road, if they still make them.

I actually looked into the Tour x recently. With the deals, I recommend those looking for an SUV to check it out. It's an imported Opel, so may not have as nice of an interior as the other Buicks, though. A bigger negative is that the advance driver aids are only available on the higher trims. It does have a tow rating of at least 1000 pounds. That detail is buried in the owner's manual, so ignore dealers saying otherwise.

In your case, unless you hate them, it is better waiting with your current cars being so new.

I looked at the Tourx because of the deals but not enough reliability information at this point. I was also interested in the Golf Sportwagen with 4motion since you can get a 6 speed manual transmission.
