    11.6 with car off.

This techstream software is more complicated and slow than I expected.

    Found
    P0A37 - Generator Temperature Sensor Circuit Range/Performance
P0A93 - Inverter Cooling System Performance

Both have x's under Current and History Columns. Car seems to start without error code after sitting for a while... possibly I put the car back together wrong... 12V battery isn't giving enough power to inverter blower fan...

11.6 is also low. Could the voltage reading be off? Do you have a voltmeter to check the voltage with?

yes, I do. I'll double check. Went ahead and bought a new battery, will install tomorrow and see if that fixes the issues.

@edthefox5 where do I go in the techstream software to see all the hybrid battery voltages?

Actually 13.7 is ok, if the battery is fully charged. If it was running at 14.4 constantly I'd be more worried. Something is a bit wonky, if the OCV is 11.6 V when the car is off.
Do the health check, the screen should look something like this (this is not a Gen 2; the Gen 2 will have fewer ECUs) with all the boxes yellow:

Double-click on the box that says Hybrid Control.

You then want to click on to the Data List button in the left column. It should open to the HV Battery Control tab. It should look something like this:

My apologies if I have got the sequence wrong, I'm going by memory and I haven't had to use TS for a while. Hopefully there is enough info above to help you find your way.
