    It's not a common code:
    "Open in B+ Circuit"
    - Transmission control ECU assembly
    - Auxiliary battery
    - Wire harness or connector

This link has the full troubleshooting procedure. See if this helps.

Well, problem solved. Apparently in my hurry to check all of my fuses I missed one... Number 10 IGCT Fuse - 30amp. Tested each of them individually with a power probe and found that one to be blown, replaced it and all is fixed.

So now that my lesson has been learned, ill be putting an in line fuse on the power wire I run to my gauges before I attempt to hook them up again. Thank you everyone for the help and DonDNH, you were correct. Thanks again!

After 3 months trying everything suggested in these posts I decided to replace every ECU I can get to and BRAVO!!! The 1st one fixed it. The Transmission ECU under the AC unit on the passenger side. Oh man, I’m a happy camper now!

Did you have to reprogram the Transmission ECU? Do you know who does the programming besides the dealer?

There's nothing special the transmission control ECU needs to know. It will learn how far your park actuator goes in each direction, the first time it's powered up.

The reason I asked was two. Toyota Dealer is saying these have to be programmed. They did a diagnostic test on my vehicle and told me the Transmission ECU was bad. I bought a used one off of ebay that came out of a car that was salvaged and plugged it in but I still get the P Lock error.
