Care for front bumper scratches and side mirror adjuster

Hi everyone!

I unfortunately accidentally scratched my front bumper, and would like the input of experienced owners here to see how I can fix/ improve on it.

In addition, the side mirror adjuster on the left of my steering wheel broke off. This led to it springing back into the dashboard. Does anyone know where I can purchase the attachment to the dashboard?

Turns out I just require to change this plastic bracket that broke off. I have emailed the dealer but if anyone knows somewhere to get it for cheap that would be awesome.
