Does anyone know what the difference is between the two different egr valves for the gen 3? I’m going to buy a used cooler and egr valve on ebay to have as a clean spare for when I service mine.

I have a 2015 and the egr part number is 25620-37120. There is also a 25620-37110 for 2010-2013.

Does anyone know what the difference is in these two egr valves? Lots of used 37110’s available on ebay with the cooler but the 37120 is more difficult to find.

I’d just get the spare cooler ;).

The egr valve is easy to clean when compared to the cooler:cool:.

What price are you seeing for each? I bought the cooler for $35 and the valve for $65 about 3 years ago. I’d save the valve money for your trans fluid drain and fill :).

    Hope that helps (y).

    You're right. I see 25620-37120 for 2013 here:

I guess the superseded number though. Because looking back through my photo records, ours:

Yeah, would be interesting to know. Different valve lift?

Just got the correct egr valve and cooler on ebay for $90.

Bonus is the seller bought it as a spare and has already cleaned both. The pic of the cooler looked perfectly clean inside. I’ll pull it apart just to make sure the valve was cleaned.

See if you can discern any differences. Again, might be just the lift, something tricky like that.

    Not a bad price:).

Once you have it in hand, take it apart and see what you can see, but I wouldn’t anticipate anything major being different;).

But there’s one way to find out(y).

I just bought a used egr & cooler 37120 but for $130. Didn't see any used ones for less that $100. You did good.
