I have the latest entune update. Got a new phone and paired it. Every time i turn off the car the new phone is missing and the old deleted devices are back. tried unplugging the battery but nothing so far will remove the old phones.

In the menu there’s a reset. I’m not in front of mine to give you the steps. But I remember it’s there.

I fixed my issue but unsure how it happened since it’s now somewhat working normal. I plugged my iPhone to the usb then connected to Bluetooth then deleted the extra phones while having the radio set to Bluetooth or USB. Then turn the car off and on and it should remember your phone. Like I said I don’t know how I exactly did it but it works now. I still can’t access my recent calls but at least i don’t have to re sync every trip. Hope this helps. I fixed mine by accident.

This tech seems to be in its “infancy”, just judging by the hoops owners go through. More’n once I’ve fixed something “somehow”, usually after a protracted struggle, and so punchy I’m not sure exactly how I did it, or have a hope of replicating the fix, lol.
