I can bounce the car up and down way to easily in the front and back and I noticed way too much sag when braking.

Any best choices when it comes to replacement options?

I see KYB, OEM assemblies with springs, Monroe, FCS Auto which is also complete assemblies.

Research complete. I'm just going to go with Monroe OEspec.

What kind of roads or driving style wore them out so quickly? Our 2007 still handles well with 275k on the original shocks and struts.

I don't slow much for bumps or RR tracks. I've only had the car for 2 years, no clue what happened before I bought it.
