Crayon on Window

Speaking of crayons, my kids routinely bring home the crayons they get at the restaraunts. A few times, they have placed them into the little side hand hold wells of the rear door handles.

Of course I rarely check back there so see what kind of mess they made. But I did check once - and found a perfectly melted cauldren of crayon wax in each cup. I guess the interior temps during a hot day are more than adequate to melt those little buggers.

I have yet to get it all out.

If you can get down to the phillips screw, take out the cups and set them upside down in the sun on a hot day on some paper towels. Use the temp to do the work... Easy to re-install when they are clean.
