    hey guys
Bad news. I’ve broke my stock led headlight’s plastic cover due to accident. The headlight still works fine. Just wondering if it’s possible to bake the LED stock and my old halogen assembly n swap the plastic cover.
    Thanks for the help fellas.

    It should fit just fine.

I haven't looked at a 2010-2011 LED headlight up close, but the only difference in the clear plastic on the halogens vs. the 2012-2015 LED headlights is that the halogens have a plastic fin running along the inside edge, near where it meets the hood. So, your headlights won't be exactly symmetrical anymore (if the 2010-2011 LED don't have that fin), but it's small enough that probably no one will notice.

Thanks for the details. I noticed those little fins too. I’ll probably swap both left and right covers.
It will be my very first time baking headlights. Are there any things I have to pay attention to when I bake them? Especially for the LED lights.
By the way, I’m having the 12-15 ones.
    Thanks again.

Just make sure you get all 6(?) of the screws out before you start pulling it apart. I think I baked mine for 10 minutes at 215 F and the adhesive was nice and gooey.

I also need to fix a broken tab. Any suggestions on which glue I should get?
