Bluetooth defaults to wrong phone

    I have my phone and my wife’s phone paired with my Prius. Whenever we are both in the car, it always connects to her phone. How do I get it to default to my phone?

    Yes there is a way to set the default or priority connection but I can't seem to find that in the owner's manual (both regular and navigation manuals). I thought I came across that option before somewhere...

    I'll keep looking in the meantime.

    I noticed on the Gen 3 I had that it defaulted to the last one paired if that's any help. I'd try un-pairing yours then re-pairing it.

    Maybe different on regular Prius, but for my PRIME, auto connection is established to the registered device that was last connected as @kithmo mentioned. If that connection is not what you want, you may have to manually connect to other device.
    The pic is from 2017 PRIME Nav manual, so it maybe different for your car.
