    Hi guys,
My prius 2007 127000 miles loss power, hesitate when accelerate and jerky when decelerate and blink traction control all the time when the speed reach 55mph to 60mph and eventually engine error, so I have to shut off the car and I can drive it again with scary triangle show on dashboard. The driving conditions was normal, temperature was 26 degree c to 34 degree c, no rain, no snow, this problem occure regularly (nearly 2 years until now) .
Is my transmission gone bad ? do I need to replace my transmision or something else I shoudl look at ?
    P0A40, P0A41,P0A78,P0A7A,P0A94.
PS: I already changed the inverter coolan pump. But the problem still exist.

This is the video I took yesterday : https://drive.google.com/open?id=1QTRf-QKx3g9waa0uNFtLOkdtdwURCi4C

All those codes are pretty much inverter codes/hv ecu codes/drive motor position codes. Inverter coolant pump is the P0A93. I think all the codes you listed should have subcodes to help identify the problem. Are you able to retrieve them? Do you have techstream?

On the photo of the techstream screen, there is a snowflake icon next to each code. That is the freeze frame data for each code. Clicking on the icon and it will provide a detailed information screen of monitored conditions, which will also include the subcode. Maybe the mechanic can check it again to let you get that other info.

The P0A40 and 41 only have 1 subcode each, but the P0A78 and P0A94 each have 25 possible different subcodes..
