    Got a notice in the mail today that my extended coverage on my 2011 Chevrolet Prius was about to run out and I needed to contact them quickly. If I had known Chev makes Prii as well I could have ordered my 2017 Prime from them and would not have to have waited so long for the boat from Japan to arrive.

    Showtimes the scam is very easy to detect.

    Makes you wonder who they are able to deceive

    My MIL recently received a notice (mailed to the nursing home) that her car could have an extended coverage. She doesn't drive. She hasn't driven in 15+ years and hasn't had a car in 20 years. Yet, she can buy extended coverage for it. :cautious:

    I have several VIN’s that come back as salvage titles on Carfax, as well as one that is salvage and a retired police car. I get all the way to where they ask for the VIN of the car I want coverage on, then they cuss me out as their computer flags the VIN. Since I don’t have anything important going on until next month, I’ll waste their time as much as I can.
