I thought the car had been handling just a little off for the last few weeks. (I'm doing about 500 miles per week for my commute.) Today I took the car into the dealership for the 45,000 mile service, and asked them to check the alignment. The service rep just called to say that the car is ready for pickup. He also told me "the camber and caster on your car are not adjustable from the factory, so you will see them as red on the alignment report printout, but they are not movable. Only the toe is adjustable. That was off, so it's been fixed now." Is it true that the camber and caster are not adjustable?

    My car is a 2015 Prius C 2.

Yes, what he told you is true. You can adjust the camber by installing “cam bolts”, they are bolts specially made with a lobe instead of being a perfect cylinder. Any tire center that does alignment can install them and correct the camber.

Update: the dealership corrected the alignment toe, and I don't think I'm just imagining that the road noise on the highway is noticeably reduced.
