Can anyone help me with what settings I need to put on my DC6 charger. I am trying to rebalance the cells in the battery, but don't know what settings to put the charger at. Thank you!!

Wow, didn't know they made those any more... SuperMate DC6? I had one of these quite a while back, so here goes what I remember. It's setup is similar to most other chargers.

The button on the left. Press it enough times to get to one called something like "user programmable" or user set. Once you get that screen, press start to select it.
There will be several screens you can page thru by pressing the forward or back button. On each screen, if you press the start button one time, it will make one of the screen items flash. You can then adjust that item using the arrow keys. Press the start button again and that item will no longer flash. If another item is available to be adjusted, it will start to flash.

    Set it to:
disch/chrg, as you want to discharge first
    discharge to 5.8 volts
discharge limit 1 amp, but it will rarely go above 0.7, as it's limited to 5 watts power dissipation
    Charge rate of 2 amps
Charge limit can be set to 7000mAh max
You can also set a time limit to not exceed if desired.
Set it for at least 30 minute break between charging and starting the next discharge (if you program it to do multiple cycles)

After you set all your "user set" parameters, press the left button again and it will return you to the main menu. Keep pressing it until it shows NiMH, then press the start button to select it.

Now press the arrow button until you get to a screen that shows something about starting a cycle. It should have a number (1-5) that can be set to control how many cycles you want it to perform.

After you set that, just hold the start button until it makes a loud beep and it will start the cycle.

A single NiMH cell is 1.2 volts. A Prius module has 6 cells. I hope your're on the right screen, as I don't remember it ever asking that. But, it was a few years ago.
