Was anything supposed to come in the trunk in the right (passenger) compartment?

I just bought a new '19 Prime Advanced. The left compartment in the trunk had the tire kit. The long thin compartment in the most back had some tools. But was there anything in the hidden compartment on the right (passenger) side?

edit: i just remembered, I think it was tire jack...but it's empty now....so maybe dealer took it out when preparing the car for me...

    Thanks in advance

The tire jack is under the rear seat, accessible from the driver’s side. The passenger side compartment is just an empty storage bin.

The long thin one back by the bumper is to store the charging cable if you want to take it on a trip etc. I use it to store the fifty lbs of manuals. That frees up precious space in the glove compartment.

The manuals are available online, and I keep a copy in Dropbox so they are available on both my phone and tablet. I leave the paper manuals at home.

Thanks for the quick responses, guys. Besides the charging cable, tire repair kit, jack, tools, wheel lock key is anything also supposed to come with the car ? The day at the dealership was hectic, thought something else was there (not in that space, but in general), maybe jumper cables?

Check the center console and glove box. If there are two rubber plugs have the dealer install them or if you are ok with poking your head under the car you can install them yourself. There is a thread or a few describing where they go.

Looks like those are where they are supposed to be. Installed under the car.

Will anyone steal Prius wheels? Or did the dealership gouge you into paying for wheel locks?

They threw them in for free. Said they include them on all their cars.
Funny thing though, the car I got was in the back still wrapped in plastic. In their inventory it said it had mudflaps and a few other dealer extras. In the middle of negotiating, when we were pretty close, I said lets go drive the car. I wasn't gonna waste time looking at the car if they didn't give me the price I wanted, but I wasn't gonna buy it without driving it either. I noticed there were no mudflaps or any other dealer addons. Salesman said, I guess this car was so fresh in inventory we haven't had time to add anything to it, we'll take off all charges. But it did have wheelocks and no addon charges :)

Tonneau cover. Plus and Premium will come with a fabric cover. Advanced will come with a roller-type cover.

Glad you said that, I bought mine used and thought they put the tools in the wrong spot. When I found out they don't fit in that right bin I started to think I was missing something.

I keep a tire pressure gauge, flashlight, and other car do-dads in there now.

Np. In Japan, a DC-AC outlet accessory that allows the owner to tap into the charging port to plug in external appliances will fit in that cubby hole. Unfortunately, our cars do not have the converter so we cannot use this accessory. Would be nice for camping!
