Your battery has been run down because the engine stopped running after the oil change. The most likely cause is dirt on the MAF sensor.

Clean the MAF sensor and try to start the car. The battery might now be too run down to turn the engine over. If that is the case you could open the battery up and give each module just a 200 mAh charge. That won't take too long and will be enough to turn the engine over.

Try a little starting fluid to get the engine to fire up.

    Your hybrid battery is bad.

I can tell you one thing for 100% sure stop test driving it because If you continue to drive, test or do anything with the car in ready without the engine starting it will kill the hybrid battery pretty quick and then you will have nothing. The hybrid battery starts the engine. It powers the motor generator #2 to turn the engine over to fire it up. Dead hybrid battery=Car is a paperweight.

Yeah, like I said, BTDT. Easy to do and caused me to overfill a car one time. <grrr>

You'll need to decide whether you want to (listed in order from least to most both in terms of costs and reliability): repair yourself, get a used/rebuilt pack, replace with all new aftermarket modules (cells), or get a new Toyota pack.

    GOOD LUCK!

I charged the battery before driving giving 2 amp/hour for each module, tested all modules all but 2 of them were reading 7.9V, cycled those 2 modules got 5.5+ amp/hour, how would it be the battery now??

You are correct. The problem is your engine is not running. Have you tried starting fuel yet? That will tell you is the problem is fuel or not.

With multiple attempts, shouldn't there be engine related codes by now?

So just a long due update, sorry I was lazy to post but finally had that moment.
So I towed the car to the dealer after the car have been sitting in my driveway for 2 months, the Toyota dealer tells me your engine is dead you need a new engine.

If I said this to my kids, they would say you are a big fat lier, but guess what, ordered a used motor lined up a mechanic to do a job and on my way to the mechanic by neighbor was helping me get the car on the U-Haul the car makes a sound and it happens the engine worked after a total of 3 months in the driveway.

My theory either as you all told me the oil was too high but I was ignorant to take some out or something was lose and the process of getting it on the U-Haul made it work, I have no idea. Just to add I charged both the 12v and the hybrid battery to the max over 48 hrs before the last tow attempt. I used the cheap version of a 275V 1 amp LED charger with a home fan in my garage, cheap stuff $35.

    Thanks for the update.

If still on the original HV battery, this does not bode well for (what's left of) its longevity; especially a battery that's already failed and been repaired (OP). Be ready for future code/failures or get a new pack.

    GOOD LUCK!
