Should I go for this 2013 Prius?

    Here is what the lister is saying:

    Selling an excellent condition Prius package 3, it has no mechanical issues, nor cosmetic at all. It has 154 miles, used as a commuter, gets excellent MPG, and has always been maintained regularly, and never been in an accident. It has JBL premium sound, keyless entry and start as well. Tires are Goodyear tires, and has JUST PASSED SMOG.
    -it has:
    -JUST PASSED SMOG
    -Registered
    -CARPOOL STICKERS
    -22 Service records
    -JBL SOUND
    -package 3
    -154k miles
    BRAND NEW TIRES

    this is my first prius. It’s listed at $7500. should i go for it? the pictures look nice.

    D'oh, that's more like it.

    Do you normally buy cars without test driving them? It's definitely risky. We don't even get a link to see pics of the car. For all the "deals" I've seen people get with Prii over the years, maybe that price is a little high for 154k miles and 5 year old car, but I honestly don't keep track of market values that much. KBB will give you a better idea on that. As Grit says, go test drive it. If you like it, get it

    Look take it too Toyota dealer so they look at it and do battery test it may be everything ok but just battery life ending

    Don’t judge a Gen 3 Prius by it's cover. Judge it by the last time EGR circuit was cleaned.

    Priuschat probably doesn't let him post a link or pictures yet. @jakhei , do 4~5 dummy posts, and then I think you can post link and/or pics.

    Yeah that's the 3rd gen inevitability, with every dang car. It WILL need it, and more'n likely hasn't been done yet. Watch @NutzAboutBolts videos, pinned in the 3rd gen maintenance section, to see what you're in for.
