If you can use your phone while wearing your voltage-protection gloves is a bad sign.
That means there is conductivity. Which means you are not safe.

Hmm, my phone would work with gloves if I were able to touch the keys...

But a post of mine back from the dead....well three years later battery is fine....maybe conditioning helped....if it does go out now, I will be like Mendel, a sidewalk supervisor as there is no way I can lift 80 pounds at the moment -- husband Kevin is a bit reticent around electricity, so that would be an interesting afternoon watching him replace it.

PS -- how do I change the senior member designation in my info box...it makes me sound as if I should be hitting the Waffle House for dinner at 4 p.m.

EEKK, all the moments I have had are being blamed (for the moment) on my stroke and on those "special pills" they gave me at the hospital!!

Senior moment! I think I had ONE of those on Grad Night at Disneyland at the end of 12th grade with a boy named Steve on Tom Sawyer's Island....

After you hit the Waffle House go to your Personal Details page. Fill in the Custom Title section with Super Kris. :D

Cool. Worked quick and easy -- now to find a Waffle House in Oregon!

The best treatment I know of for stroke recovery is hyperbaric oxygen. Google "edward teller hbot" for more info.

There are claims that EWOT, Exercise With Oxygen Therapy, is even more effective. Neither are standard therapy, so you'll have to bird-dog getting them.

Entry level oxygen therapy is available with a used oxygen concentrator off eBay or Craigslist. Generally costs $100-$500. If you get a prescription for a new one, you can pay thousands.
Homebrew EWOT can be done for a bit more. Use the concentrator to fill an oxygen safe bag (600+ liter), a CPAP mask, and lift weights enough to reach a heart rate of 120.

Of course you need to run whatever you decide to do past your doctor. But don't expect him to volunteer any of this.

I just searched and there are no Waffle House restaurants in Oregon. I guess you get to stay perpetually young just like your avatar here. ;)

This is frustrating. There is no "Custom Title" section on my Personal Details page. I have Status Message, Avatar, Gender, Date of Birth, Location, Occupation, Home Page, Package, Vehicle, Model, and About You.

We’ll never get it as it was a feature of the past:cool:.

We’ll just be known as “Senior Members”:).

Maybe that leads to less “Senior Moment” explanations(y).

It’s like Lay’s potato chips: once you start, you can’t stop (or just stop once);).

    Best to not start(y).
