If you were sound sleeper and the car engine turning on every now and then through the night to recharge the HV battery you could just leave the car on all night and put the vent fans on low .
In my mobile business I turn my car on in the morning I let it idle at every job site and every stop I never turn it off until I get home at night. From the day I purchased the car The air conditioning button has been on never turned off I just adjust the vent and the temperature to comfort. My vehicle usually turns on at 6:30 AM to 7 AM and doesn’t get shut off until I arrive back home at 6:30 PM to 7 PM in the evening. You don’t necessarily have to have the air-conditioning on you just need to move a volume of air through your car to dilute the humidity given off by your respiration and perspiration. Unless you’re in Florida or some other state where it’s 80 or 90% humidity then you may want to turn on the air conditioning and adjust the temperature to your comfort level then air conditioning will dehumidifier the air and the heat will re-warm the dry cold air into warm dry air. Problem solved easy. Unless you wanted to do that battery pack jumper and hook up one or two computer fans through a makeshift duct tape and cardboard attachment to one of your windows cracked down.

What time of year and what location is this car camping happening?

I'm thinking leave the car off, with a window down and maybe put in a bug screen, if needed. Or is that crazy talk?

I travel for work and I'm in a ton of different climates over the year, mostly humid. I like the windows up for security and when I do car camp, I usually put the car in ready mode and run the a/c at night. When the engine momentarily turns on, it moves the entire car,(bounces back and forth, feels like when you put the car in park before coming to a compete stop) I thought maybe degrading engine mounts or something, I'm not sure. The parking brake makes no difference. It's quite noticeable, wakes me up and prevents restful sleep.

Is your parking brake working properly? It should make a big difference if it’s.

It seems to be working normally. if the car is in park and parking brake on, if you push the bumper of the car, the car wheels do not move, the body of the car slightly moves.
Night time a/c, starts and stops the engine more frequently and when the engine turns on, it almost feels like the body isn't absorbing the vibration that it puts out, leaving the car to moved in park.
Is this a good test for the parking brake? Car sits well on incline streets, also I put on the parking brake while the car is in drive and hit the gas, the car doesn't move.

It’s a Prius thing totally normal. Being a mechanic when Prius first hit the market and one comes into your shop and you were sitting inside of it doing your paperwork that little jolt made you think the car was taking off itself .
