Who is a good reputable dealer in selling complete HV battery cell replacement kits? With the best shipping and warranty? I have a bunch a used HV batteries and cells but have someone who wants a complete rebuild with new cells.

    The best? Toyota.

Aftermarket? Give NewPriusBatteries a look; lots of satisfied (so far) customers here.

Very neat concept but not really a new design on the batteries that is what the Honda civic hybrid packs look like. Not exactly but same round concept. I'm looking for the standard flat cells

There have been some attempts from China to produce copies of the Toyota prismatic battery modules. All reports state them to be inferior to the genuine Toyota batteries. One obvious difference is that they have a single cell interconnection like the Gen 1 modules. Gen 2 modules have two connections between each cell.

Toyota dealer list price for a Gen 2 battery is $1958. With a commercial account discount your cost should be about $1650. That's hard for aftermarket products to compete with.

I'll tell you what eats me up is companies like Dorman who was selling the refurbished batteries and offered a solid 3yr warranty have started offering only a one year I had a battery I installed on 11/17 that had a 3yr warranty they would not even honor it. So I gutted and rebuilt it

Dorman, or any rebuilt for that matter (even yours) vs New Toyota is comparing apples to oranges.

While that is true as far as looks go, the value add with newpriusbatteries is internal. 2k1Toaster has vast experience with batteries and has had these battery modules made to his high and exacting standards.

These are not "just like" all the other Chinese made batteries, even though they might look similar on the outside.
