    Note that in a closed loop feedback emissions control system (i.e. new cars), fuel doesn't need to be oxygenated. The car controls the combustion parameters to produce the desired exhaust parameters.

    Yet the vendors recommend E0 for their 2-stroke engines. I use E0 in my 2-stroke engines and my vintage garden tractor.

    ...refineries job is to make octane and cheapest way. If you want to say your rule is gasoline has to be drinkable, OK I guess.
